Step 3:- You can see there is one option called “Factory Reset”. Click on that.

Step 4:- Now, Xiaomi Phone will Ask for the Password for MI Account, enter it.

Step 5:- The Phone will Show the Warning sign for Factory Reset Because Your All Data will Erase, Make sure of that and click ok.

Step 6:- Now, Your Phone will take 5-7 Minutes to Reboot. Once it Reboots the MI logo Appears (Many times the Logo will stick for 4-5 minutes, just wait). 

And the Phone is Reset. As simple as that.
